Fall Soccer registration forms were sent home with the students during the last 2 weeks of school. Please complete the registrations forms as soon as possible and return them to the school office. If you do not have the form available, please download below and submit to the school as soon as possible. Please note that there is a separate form for Kindergarten Soccer and for Grades 1 - 8.
